This 5mm cork mat is my favorite mat now. I have a few high quality mats, but this mat is now my go to for hot yoga or my home practice. It has fantastic grip, thickness, support, and a nice weight that keeps the mat in place. It also comes with a very nice strap as well. Highly recommend!

This quickly became my favorite mat after just one use in hot yoga. I have many mats, all very good ones, but they aren’t cork. I love the feel. It’s 5mm thick so more comfortable on your joints and it lays flat. I do hot yoga and Ashtanga, and I do not slip. Not even a little. It’s an amazing product and for the price, just can’t be beat.

My feet don't feel like they are going to slide out from under me when I'm stretched out. The mat doesn't stretch either, allowing me to stay in position and not have to adjust.
